Veils

CASCADE - It is several layers of veils, of different lenghts, to give a waterfall effect

BALLET-LENGHT - It is Ankle lenght

CATHEDRAL-LENGHT - 3 and a half yards from the headpiece..It will train several feet behind you

CHAPEL-LENGHT - Same as Cathedral Lenght, just one yard shorter

FLY AWAY - Several layers of fabric that just hit at the shoulders

Trains

SWEEP - Extends from the back of the waist and barely touches the floor

ROYAL CATHEDRAL - 3 yards or more from the back of the waist

CATHEDRAL - Falls 22 inches or more

COURT - One yard from the back of the waist

WATTEAU - Begins at the shoulders of the gown and barely touches the floor

Sleeves

CAP - A very short, fitted sleeve that just covers the shoulders

DOLMAN - A large sleeve that billows from the armhole and gathers at the wrist

JULIET - A long sleeve with a small pouf at the top

Silhouettes

A-LINE - Has no defined waistline, flows from the bust to the floor

EMPIRE - A high waistline that starts just under the bust and defined by a seam

PRINCESS - A fitted shaped defined by vertical seams

SHEATH - Straight and fitted, may include a permanent or detachable train

Necklines

HALTER - A plunging V collar that hooks around the back of the neck. Shoulders and back are bare

ILLUSION YOKE - Has transparent fabric to the neckline and shoulders

QUEEN ANNE - High standing collar with a sweetheart style cut in front

SABRINA - Follows the contour of the collarbone from shoulder to shoulder

SWEATHEART - Low neckline. It forms the top half of a heart at the bustline
